Policy & Shipping Information
  • Please be aware that we only ship out product on Monday and Tuesday of each week.  This is done in an effort to have your product arrive in the least amount of days possible. 
  • All of our shipping is calculated based on the weight of the products purchased,  utilizing USPS Priority Shipping. You can view your shipping rates on the cart summary page.  This estimated shipping charge may be adjusted once your items are packaged and the ajustment will be charged or credited at the time of shipping.  Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
  • We have the right to update packaging and package contents that are of greater or equal value for out of stock filler items.
  • We do not guarantee condition of product once it leaves our facility. 
  • Next Day shipping is available upon request and shipping will be calculated for you.  All overnight shipping is done through FedEx.
  • Neither USPS, FedEx, or Loblolly Chocolates is responsible for a package once it is delivered. When a package is delivered it is officially released and neither the shipping company or Loblolly Choolates can control or influence what happens to it after delivery therefore cannot be held responsible.
  • We ship all of our orders without signature release. This means that your order does not require a signature to be accepted. Since our products are perishable we require that you have someone at your destination to receive the package to avoid any issues. Our climate protection is only meant during transit, not for sitting outside or unattended for a period of time.
  • We cannot change the address once your package has left our facility.  Please insure that you input the correct delivery address. 
  •  We cannot fully guarantee shipping to hospitals, hotels, resorts, grade schools or universities. Please ensure the person will be there to accept the delivery & notify someone on duty of its upcoming arrival.
  • It is up to the sole discretion of the USPS or FedEx driver as to whether or not it is safe to leave the package. This is why we recommend shipping to a specific person or direct address.
  • Please be aware that arrival time varies depending on the USPS or FedEx route. 
  • All of our gourmet caramel apples are made fresh to order the same day that they ship out. We do not have back stock of our apples, they are made specific and fresh for every order placed.
  • Your tracking data will be e-mailed to you no later than 3 pm the day your package leaves our facility.
  • Sorry we cannot ship to the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, Military (A.P.P & F.P.P), international, or Canadian shipments at this time.
  • Any orders over 100 gourmet apples will require one extra business day for packing and shipping purposes. Any orders over 50 apples or by the shipping type Next Day Air can be subject to review and price clarification.
