About Us
Loblolly Chocolates began with a love for candy-making that traces back to childhood kitchens, where founder Darlin Stanfield learned the joy of creating sweets to share with neighbors and friends. That passion grew into Little Darlin Popcorn Co., then into a chocolate food truck that blossomed into a brick-and-mortar shop in Hochatown, Oklahoma.

Our story is one of tradition meeting creativity. Some of our first offerings came straight from family recipes, like our beloved chocolate peanut butter fudge. Over time, we’ve expanded into truffles, candy bars, and imaginative seasonal treats—all handmade in small batches with quality ingredients.

Every milestone, from moving into our first storefront to finding a perfect home at HochaBow, reflects our belief that chocolate is more than candy—it’s a way to connect, celebrate, and share a little sweetness with others. Today, Loblolly Chocolates continues to grow with the same heart it started with: honoring tradition, embracing creativity, and bringing people together through chocolate.
